The 'tide line' on Antwerp's castle is the original bit. It overlooks the river giving wonderful views of passing ships. The strange statue in the foreground we prefer to think is something to do with Gulliver.

  1. The statue is a folkloric character named "Lange Wapper". He could be as tall as he wanted. He would follow drunk people, while he was as small as a little boy, and growing as he followed them, until he was taller than the houses surrounding them.
